When can cleaning fees apply upon returning the vehicle?

The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If it isn't, cleaning fees may apply upon return.

Vehicle covered in mud, inside or outside, after driving on unpaved roads.

A significant amount of sand inside the vehicle after direct beach access.

Significant stains, odors, or food residue inside the vehicle.

A large amount of pet hair on the seats or carpet.

Remains of chemicals, paint, or other staining substances on the bodywork.

Any level of dirtiness that prevents a normal vehicle inspection.

Light dirt from normal use (dust, road grime) results in no charge. These fees only apply in cases of excessive dirt requiring professional cleaning.
