Data collected through this site is processed by TouraCancun and, depending on the pickup agency you choose, by its partner agencies in Mexico. For any question about your data, contact us at the address shown in the footer.

Identification and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, nationality.

Reservation details: pickup and return dates and locations, chosen vehicle, add-ons, flight number.

Identity documents: driver's license and passport, only if you choose to upload them from your account to speed up pickup.

No payment card data is collected or stored on this site: the security deposit is handled directly at the agency counter when you pick up the vehicle.

The processing of your data is based on the performance of your rental contract, our legitimate interest in providing a quality, secure service, and compliance with our legal obligations.

Where we ask for your consent, in particular for our newsletter or non-essential cookies, you may withdraw it at any time.

Your account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. If you simply deactivate it, your account is no longer accessible and you can request reactivation; your past reservations and personal information remain on file for accounting and legal purposes.

If you request permanent deletion of your data from your account, your name, email, phone number and documents are anonymized immediately and irreversibly. This action cannot be undone. Your past reservations are kept, but are no longer linked to your identity, in order to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your identity documents (license, passport) are kept only for as long as needed to manage your reservations and can be deleted at any time from your account or upon request.

Your data is shared with the partner agency handling your vehicle pickup, strictly to the extent necessary to fulfil your reservation.

We use technical service providers (hosting, messaging) who process your data on our behalf, under our instructions and with appropriate security safeguards.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Communications with our site are encrypted (HTTPS). Your identity documents are stored in a private space that is not publicly accessible, separate from the site's public images and content.

Access to your data is limited to people who need it to do their job.

You can view and update your personal information at any time from your account, in the "My profile" section.

You can change your password and add or delete your documents from the "Account security" section.

From that same section, you can either temporarily deactivate your account (reversible, upon request) or request permanent, irreversible deletion of your personal data (right to erasure / GDPR) — both actions are distinct and clearly identified in your account area.
